• Gathered requirements, developed the design, implemented, tested and maintained Logistics, Return, Return to Vendor and Sample Management process – a key critical functionalities of the SCM business.
• Involved in preparing class diagrams, Sequence diagrams and BUC-SUC realization using Rational Rose.
