Upon Customer and multiple stack holders request, performing day to day PLM activities

• Developing Architects through engaging regular quality one-on-ones, reviewing development plans, ad hoc observations and ongoing succession plans.
• Performance management; team development; succession planning and overall organizational structure perspective.
• Setting career objectives and monitor performance of the Financial Wellness application
• Coordinating with IT, Business Leadership, Project and Program Management and Enterprise Architecture Team to Develop and communicate Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Collaborating on strategy and architecture with development managers, LOB managers and senior IT staff.
• Providing necessary training and knowledge transfer.
• Working with the SDLC & DevOps Lead to define in-house software development processes that are compliant with standards.
• Managing, maintaining and continuously developing the application and containerizing all microservices
• Building the application through Jenkins and deploy it through ARA tool, and monitoring application performance.
• Performing duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities
• Analyzing the current business and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement
• Leading the review of proposed solution architecture, both serviced based and custom development, for technical compliance.
